We have always had a positive experience here. Staff has always been pleasant. Atmosphere inviting. Menu is somewhat limited due to the fact I don't care for lamb, but happy hour is fun and the appetizers tasty. Lively bar. Live music, check for times. We miss the music because they play in the evening and we go to lunch most times. It is truly one of downtown Brea's gems and we will continue to go.
We stopped in for brunch and were so happy that we did, it was great. We mostly had mimosas but every other time we've been here the cocktails have been great and this time I had the Irish Pancake Experience and that was amazing. Service was great, food was great, never disappointed at Macallan's.
The food was decent but, the service from the wait staff was horrible, we waited for our server to acknowledge us for over 15mins.
One of my drinks was Incorrect, but I drank it anyway. French dip sandwich wasn't my favorite.
First time here. Came with friends who are regulars. The music was fun with a great ambience. The food was over priced though. Will be back.
